Citizen Interactive is a new voice call & SMS initiative under CANA-Scale Up. It is IWPR’s simple way of helping citizens like you, who are usually far from local and national government offices and service delivery points, to have a say on the quality of public goods and services delivered or not, and the performance of your local governments and officials just by using the most basic mobile phones.
